Biggest Full moon tonight..good or bad?
 

Well tonight is the night of the fuul moon that is 30% brighter than a normal full moon, and is closer to earth...something to that effect anyways.. lol :)

Is this a good or bad thing?...I am debating on going out in a few hrs..
29 deg, HUGE FULL MOON 8mph winds...seems good to me, just not sure about that moon!

I would think it would be a good thing. If I had the opportunity to go out I would be out. My advice go out and hunt

i dont like it they dont seem to move like there normal hour to much light at night,just have to adjust

I would go for one reason only and that is if I can hunt I do. As far as a good night I have had no luck seeing deer and is a hard time to hunt. I have read many articles on this topic.

I went yesterday and had deer in the field 30 minutes earlier than normal.It was crazy...I ended up just shooting a doe, but they were definitely moving well yesterday and even today...in Georgia anyhow.

I hit the woods today about 9:30 in the morning and had 2 deer walk by at a little after 11, I was able to tag a nice fat doe and add another 40 lbs of meat to our freezer for the season. With the big moon last night and a good covering of snow on the ground, I figured they'd have been moving during the middle of the night and again about 12 hrs later, around lunch time. I didnt mean to be out so late, but it all worked out in the end. From hoof to freezer in less than 6 hours and now im back at school. I'll hunt midday around a full moon from now on, especially with snow on the ground.

i find with a bright full moon that the deer feed early in the night,so they will feed again late morning. about the time most hunters are heading for the truck is a great time to kill mister big when the moon has been full.

I'd hunt from 10 untill 2, thats when the monsters creeeepn roun' guarintee it

Full moon = bad for hunters


Animals feel comfortable to feed all night (can see better), so sleep all day.

Haha I noticed the same thing
