high winds?
 
I killed a nice 5 point in some high winds this year. i was in some thick pines. I saw him a couple days before but couldnt get a shot. was it luck or has anyone else had luck in thickets durring windy days?

I've been hunting in the Texas Panhandle for 13 years, wind is something to we learn to deal with, and while wind does effect the deer movement here, all the guys that I hunt with, including myself,have had some success in windy conditions.
