but yea...i just got back from skinning it and cutting out meat... it was a kicka$$ experience and im really pumped to hopefully harvest a big fat doe come late december

Kinda got to ease into the cavity there man. Slicing it until you get under the skin. Then turn the knife over and hold the skin up with one hand and cut it. Because that will ruin the meat.
