Scope Rings for Slug Gun?
 

I'm putting a Leupold on a Remington 11/87 cantilever mount. What's the best rings to use?

I personally prefer Warne Rings for that application. Good strong rings that will hold up to the recoil.

Remember not to over tighten the screws on the rings since that will effect scope performance.

If it accepts weaver style rings..I like Burris Rings. Hard to beat. Good Luck

Agree with all of the above, a good set of steel rings by either will work fine.

If you choose steel rings,and anything but burris,I would STRONGLY advise lapping the rings in. Burris signature rings have plastic bushings inside to prevent scope damage.

+1 for the Burris signature rings. I use them on my 11-87 and have had no problems.
