Default slug gun

i'm looling for a slug gun that doesn't cost more than $350-$400 also if you can tell me the range on it that would be great!

Remington 870 for sure. Reliable as all hell, and very accurate with the right sabot. I love mine. I don't have shots further than 50 yards where I hunt but I know that with the correct scope combo it would do well over 100 yards, especially with the correct sabot slug.

For a dedicated slug gun a H&R Slug Hunter would hit in your price range and would do a lot better job than the 870.

Took this buck with an H&R Ultra Slug 20 gauge. Many nice guns to choose from in that price range. Go to a gun store and handle them all and shoot if possible and get the one you like. Anymore with the barrels and slugs out there, you can find a combo that will get the job done.
