rifle dissassembly
hi people. i just ordered a mossberg atr 100 .30-06 ...here it is

can that gun be dissassembled into 2 parts easily? like take the barrel off for easier less bulky carrying?

No, I dont believe you can easily remove the barrel like a shotgun. A bolt action rifle consists of 3 main pieces, the action and barrel (1pc) the bolt assembly, and the stock. You wouldn't want to disassemble those pieces in the field.
