vanilla attractor scent?

another good thing you can use that i use alot is take you a small pot and fill it a lil over half way with water.... take some apples and cut them up over the pot so all the juices drain into the pot.... after you cut the apples up throw them in with the water... then add about a cup of sugar to the water and bring it to a boil....after you let it boil for about 5 minutes or so take all the liquid in the pot and put into a spray bottle and spray some trees that your hunting around.... they'll come too it!!!

I usually spray it out and then hunt the next day and always see deer come to it. its makes a very sweet smell and the deer love it. i've sprayed it on tree stumps and within days the deer have almost ate all the bark off of the stump.

what about the maple syrup? take a couple days for deer to come or they come immediately?

usually just a day for me... they both have a very strong scent and they draw them in good and once they know its there they will continue to come til they know its gone for good. that stuff does smell gooooooooooood dont it?? lol

That doesn't seem nearly as odd to me as the skunk cover scent I came across in cabelas the other day........I mean really?

many older hunters use vanilla. My buddy swears by it. Ive used it and it hasnt scared any deer off...
