Found a 160 class 10 pointer today EHD
 

Looks like he died last year when we had our big EHD outbreak. such a shame too. I'll post pics soon

BRISTOW- How's your deer hunting going so far , I shot a buck for Chris so he would have some deer meat.It's realy not the one i wanted to shoot but he needed the meat more than i need to get a big rack.

So far not too good. I still dont have a deer. At least muzzleloader season is still ahead =]

We did not have alot of that in Ohio last year but when I hunted in Kentucky it was bad the were deer laying all over the wood. I found most of them by the water. Give it a look and see if you can find more. It too bad they died of EHD but it would be a shame the the squrriles got the antlers instead of us finding and giving the a legecy. Nice job!!!!

I found a couple 6 pointers, 3 8 pointers, 3 10 pointers, and a 15 pointer that died from EHD last year. My cousin found a 22 pointer 100 feet from his house, and I found too many does to count. The big 10 I found yesterday was right beside a ditch in the woods. We still see a lot of deer, but that disease still took a big toll on the deer population here in Southern Indiana. I see a certain average of bucks in the woods I hunt, and this year has been below average. I think Ive seen 4 bucks this year, compared to at least 10 bucks on all my past seasons. It sucks.
