BIG deer..
 

I believe that we should have to have more strict regulations and a tagging program in mississippi so we can produce bigger more mature bucks. A deer down here would be lucky to make it to three and a half if not two and a half. There is no doubt we have the nutrients and environment suitable for their habitat. Just a thought, Anyone have any input?

i know exactly what u are saying....i live in north west ohio and we have a good amount of deer adn the capability of having BIG deer, but the people dont let them mature. I am shur u are as angry as i am and i wish i could help tp change this but idk its almost impossible, although i do my part in deer manigment during bow season. they normaly dont make it threw gun season. so over all ui knwo what your saying, we hav the deer, the right environment, btu the wrong people really.

Then again, not everybody has to shoot a "trophy buck" to enjoy deer hunting.
