RE: lost doe
I know exactly how you feel. The yotes got one of ours on Saturday night. We lost the blood trail and decided notto take the chance on pushing her, the temps where in the low 20's and we would be back in the morning . Well we heard the yotes just after we got to our stands. Found where we lost the blood trail andfound her half eaten 50 yards away. We didn't think she would jump the fence and that wasour downfall...

RE: lost doe
ORIGINAL: MO-KS_hunter I bet the yotes love this time of year. Imagine if you had all these wounded deer showing up in your neck of the woods and dying right where you sleep, no work chasing them or anything. That is, if they live through the hail of gunfire that surely follows them when the angry hunters find them chewing on their quarry |
RE: lost doe
Damn dogs. We have lost 3 to dogs this year... Shoot everyone of them!
