My Son's 1st Deer

Default My Son's 1st Deer
Took my son down to my farm for the Ohio Youth season. We hunted out of a ground blind and managed to hit the jackpot. We had a nice buck come down off of a ridge on a string and he layed the hammer down on him at a mere 10 yards. Talk about first time lucky. I could not be more proud of him, we worked all summer shooting his 20 ga. H&R at the range and he came through. What a memory. I have a little history w/ the buck he took, have several trailcam photos of him during the 2007-2008 season and have trailcam photo of him just a day before he harvested him. All I can say is WOW.
