grunts and rattling

Default grunts and rattling

I have been told its not bennificial to grunt or rattle durring peak rut, but only pre and post rut is when you are supposed to grunt and or rattle, I was wonder what everone else thinks

In our area, N.Florida, deer run FROM a grunt or rattle as far as I've ever been able to tell.
