Will they move w/rain and wind?
Opening day is Saturday (15th), and theyre calling for 30 somethin degrees with rain/snow and up to 20mph winds. Im definetly hunting that day, but should I expect to see deer with that weather? Thanks

If you're in or above the 35th Parallel....roughly North Carolina to Northern California, and above(North) that should be the peak of the rut and that will have them moving. They're already chasing by us here in WI and yes, they'll be moving in this weather this time of year.

We are getting the weather tomorrow, so I hope it beds them down. That way, Saturday morning when the sun breaks, and I am sitting in my ambush spot, they will be hungry and horny and running everywhere!

When it;s windy, you need to use it to your advantage. Do a slow stalk in a bedding area, or hevey cover area, standing corn is the best. Even with a bow, you'd be supprised how close you can geton the windy days
