Find a used Leupold. Well worth looking for. You may even buy a rifle and scope combo to get a Leupold. Resell the rifle. Should be able to get into an older VX-lll for a couple hundred bucks if you try.

I'm going with Burris or Nikon. I've got two Nikon Prostaffs and would run them against any Leupold on the market.

check out the Mueller (sp?). I heard about them a couple of years ago and was recommended by a friend. I purchased one from them and it has really turned out to be a very good scope.

I am looking for some info on a new scope. My current optic is alittle on the cheap side. Looking to spend about $200 whats the best for my dollar?
I have the Bushnell 3200 and a Nikon Buckmaster. Both scopes are really nice and can be had for under $170, but I prefer the Nikon. It is a little clearer. Try this link for great prices:

I would definitely check out the nikon he mentioned it's a great scope for your dough.

i don't have the scope (yet), but i do have the binos and love them.

www.vortexoptics.com check out the diamondback scope. warranty is unbeatable. u can get the scope on camerlandny.com and get a free pair of binos for under $200. i am actually getting the 4-12x40 scope v-plex. great glass for the price.

I just bought a Nikon Buckmaster scope in a 4.5 x14x40. I boresighted and sighted in my 30-06 this weekend. it's very clear and seems to be a great scope for the money. Check out theopticzone.com. They have a wide range of optics available. I bought mine from them and they have great service and are reasonably pricced. They were about $20-$30 under everywhere else that I checked.
