Default First solo buck

My wifegot her fist buck by herself opening morning (11/1). I took her to a stand about an hour before daylight and then tookmy youngest son (4)to a different stand. We figured we could cover more ground that way. Right after sunrise she had a small buck come in followed by the one in the picture. She called me on the radio and told me she had a big buck in the food plot. I told her to take him if she wanted to. I heard the shot about a minute later. She made a great double-lung shot, and he only ran about 60 yards. Needless to say, she was pumped about her first buck hunting by herself. It is much bigger than my first solo buck! You can see the stand she was hunting over her right shoulder. He was a 3 ½ year old 9-point.

I fixed your pic for ya.

That's a nice buck for sure. My girlfriend is really waiting for this weekend to hunt the rut here with her bow.
