hey guys i've been wondering if its jsut me or have u guys not been seein the bucks chasing the does like normal last year at the time the bucks in my area had been chasing 4 almost a week already i live in SW michigan and was wondering if any1 have seen the activity start up

Hey, I live up north in Gaylord and I figured that the rut would be going hot and heavy by now but yesterday and last night I saw 8 different bucks and five of those were hanging out togather in groups. So that has to tell me that the ruting activitys havent started yet. I'm sure it wont be long though.

If you are a moon-phase hunter, the rut isn't supposed to kick in until the 17th this year which is still 2 1/2 weeks away and about a week and a half later than usual.
