Heres the land I hunt on what you think???
heres the land that me and my dad hunt on. what do you think about our setup and if you dont like it what should we do to it, i know its not the best picture in the worldbut i can make a new if needed here is the scale.
scale:
blue-fields that the deer graze and feed
yellow-major acorn supplies
light blue-edge of property
pink-major paths of deer
numbers-stand locations
stands
stand 1- this is where we see the most bucks, the deer go behind the stand and bed as well as travel in front of the stand to get to the hollow behind it
stand 2- new stand, put up this year. see most deer here. the land owner has pictures of 3 enormous bucks right in front of this stand but unfornutely neither me or my dad have seen them while hunting. weve seen at least 5 deer each time in that stand
stand 3- this is a climbing stand. the deer come here to feed from the feild behind it, havent seen but 8 deeer total here.

Looks like a nice piece of property. Do you stay out of the big chunk in the middle on purpose or just haven't gotten any stands in there yet? I'd probably check out the far nw corner of the field where it cuts up in to the woods in to the middle of the map. and maybe th outside corner of the woods S of that.

well its not that we dont want to use its just that...
1. we dont have a lot of money to buy anymore stands
2. we havent seen many deer in there when scouting, and there are never signs of them being in there maybe next year tho
