last deer season ishot a doe she came in twice failing to bring a buck with her so i took a shot at her after she came in a second time she had come in up a mountain sloop and was going to be headed back down it thats when i took my shot. she ran down the hill and didnt leave a blood trail or anything i didnt find her but i bet that one black bear we have up there did.
the deer season before that i shot a spike. him and 2 does came in around 5 and behind them was a 10point but i was a little trigger happy that day so i got the spike with a grazing shot that broke his front right leg and blew a hole the size of a bseball in him he went about 20feet till he droped my cousin got the does and the ten point coming trought his patch after i shot he would have tried to have shot the 10point but he was moving to quick

got to have some patience. If you know good bucks are there, have to be more selective. Easier said than done, but it can be done. ;)

just be a little bit more picky. It is VERY HARD to do sometimes. Especially when they are waiting in front of you asking for it. Practice shooting, and always stay ready, when the big boy comes out, bust him!
