Ohio freezer meat down, #1 of 7
 

09/29/2008 got my first bow kill of the season. 6:20pm she came in at 21 yards broadside and she went down not 13 yards from where I shot her.Field dressed @ 141 Pounds.:DWe have the opportunity of taking 7 deer this year in Ohio, and my goal is all seven tags filled. 1 of 7, 6 to go. nice cant wait for our bow season to start this saturday. never bow hunted before and i am hoping to get a first kill bow kill this year

Being an Ohio hunter, I'm glad we can take that many deer. I won't because it's my dad and I, and if we both took 7 deer, that's 14 total and we don't have that much freezer space. We could always give some away I suppose. Anyway, it's always nice to get that first bow kill of the season. I'll be at it this weekend trying to get mine. Weather's looking good so far.

And always... kill that monster buck!

Weather is looking GREAT! I can only hunt sunday morning this week...and only till nine cause I got to go to church, but hopefully I can at least see something!

Heres my first one here in Ohio for the 2008 season she wasnt a big doe but a good eatting one. 1 down plenty to go.

Zone C is where he can do it. Three 24 dollar tags and three 15 dollar tags, and one 15 dollar tag in a Urban Zone. The three 15 must be filled beforethe end of the first gun season in zone C. Not sure if the 15 dollar tag for the seventh deer in a urban zone can be filled after that, but they stop selling them in the end of November. Its all in the little book they give you.

I live in Hamilton county, but I will also hunt in other counties in order to get all 7 tags filled. (Urban tags were included in the total as well)
