9 days and couting until bow season opens. and i might have to tell my boss that im already gona be sick that day;)

anyone else excited? and if u hunt in illinois, where do you go?

I hunt Johnson/Union Co. most of the time! But since I live in GA, I can't get there very often! Man, I envy you guys who are close, 'cause if I did I'd be hunting Oct. 1 too. Good luck to all!

I hunt in Jodavies county. Probably won't get out until that first weekend. 2 hour drive for me ...

I usually hunt in Macoupin and Dewitt county. Don't know when I'll be sittin in a stand tho. I've got a wedding anniversary to celebrate this month.

Hunt Wayne, Clay and Marion. More pumped up than in the past. Been watching a buck that should score 200+. I always see good deer butwhen an exceptional 1 comes into the picture it tends to get a person excited!

I hunt public land in Kankakee county.

Actually it's 7 days and a wake-up, and I can't wait either! I've been boucin' off the walls for the last 5 or 6 weeks.Went out clearing shooting lanes this past saturday and seen so much sign I can't believe it! Tracks, poop and even a couple small rubs. I've been hunting the same woods for 13 or 14 years now and I'm finally getting to know them pretty good. Or maybe I'm just finally learning what to look for. I'll definetly be out opening day. If I get one you'll all know.

I'm hoping to join the nanny-whackers' club. At least twice.

I hunt Woodford County by the Mackinaw River. Cant wait for the weekend. At school right now and really involved in a livestock program. But you can count on me being in my stand at 4am.. Ready to throw an arrow into a big boy!

i exclusively bow hunt in sangmaon county-which is where i live, but my grampa is a farmer in pike cty and thats where i draw my shotgun tags, lucky me--and im pretty excited about this yr too because ive got some trail pics of 4 enormous bucks on my bowhunt-onlyproperty but i happen to be a bit technologically challenged and idk how to put the pics on here
