whats a deers favorite food...and do you guys think it is better to hunt in woods or on the edge of a feild ???

If the acorns are fallingI would say acorns and if the acorns are falling, I would be whereI can see them. Thats their prefered food in my area but there isn't much else for them unless we have an unusually wet year...Good luck with it bro!!!!

Favorite is probably acorns, but there is a vast diversity of foods that they hold high on the list. Honeysuckle, corn, soybeans, watermelons, briars, mushrooms, peas and many more are high on the food chain.
