calling em in??
 
so i'm wondering what to do about whitetail call's this year??? having never used call's before i'm kinda lost??? if i could get some type's of call's to get. and how to use that call that would be awesome!!

Soft contact grunts, the boys aren't very scrappy just yet. Use their natural curiosity too, a fawn distress bleat at this time of year is just as likely to draw a curious buck as it will a doe. Keep any calling minimal though.

I liek to use my hyper bleat this time of the year, gets the does to come in looking for their little ones, and if theres a buck near by he may come in as well, during the rut I like to rattle and use my grunt and buck growl. most calls come with a how to use cd. Practice with them and youll be ok.

Hey trailrider I agree with both of these guys also if you go to field journals here on hni and click on me(art helin) scroll down until you see timing whitetail vocalizations. I try and break things down by the seasons. Thanks and good luck Art
