hahahaha. I hunted wit da boote thad maka me feets feels the most lika thu sun shine. warm and cozy, this be thu boote I hnted with.
But for real, get a pair that FITS. and feels good. nothing like a bad fitting boot that you have to wear all season. They need to be warm, and that is different for every person. I use 800 gram thinsulate, also water proof is a must.

Warm weather (40 degrees+)and dry: Danner Pronghorns

Cold weather (gun deer season in WI): Rocky Snowstalkers....unbelievably warm and cozy.

Vasque Zephyr II's until the snow piles up. Then it's Kamik pac boots until I need to be on ski's. Then it's my Spirit III's AT ski boots or an old pair of Burton Snowboard boots on approach skis.
