Rifle/pistol rest on a tree stand?

Last year I was faced with a tough shot from my stand. Being leaned all the way to my right, I found that without a rest, I was not steady enough to take a clean shot with my shotgun.

What can I make, or buy, to give me a useable rest that will encompass the area around me while in the tree stand?

Thanks

My ladder stand has a rifle rest built in ... But you can buy them and attach them. try cabelas or bass pro, you may have some luck

You might try a pair of shooting stix or the Horton Crossbow knee pod.

That's one reason I prefer an API climber over a Summit...When bow season goes out, I put my rifle rest on and continue to use it...

Someone/somewhere was mention of using a rope/cord tied above on the tree. I think its called a rebel ??? , It was used by soldiers in the civil war ??.
