Kentucky Hunters
 

Just curious how many people on here hunt the Bluegrass state and what counties you hunt. I currently hunt in the eastern part of the state in the Lawrence County Boyd County area.

I'm originally from Ashland and get to come back to hunt out in Carter County every once in a great while.

I live in Central Ky, I hunt Scott, Franklin, and Owen counties mostly. Kleber Wildlife area is close by and its full of deer and very seldom hunted after the first couple of weeks of deer season.

I live 12 miles south of Cincinnati, Ohio and hunt Boone, Kenton, Grant, Owenton, and Pendletoncounties ... home of the State Record!

I have friends with land in Russell and Adair counties. I usually manage to get up there.

Good to see some fellow hunters of Kentucky on here. I am familiar with basically the whole state of Kentucky as I work for AT&T formely Bell South and have traveled the state for years. I set out a camera in Lawrence County where I found a nice shed recently. If I get some good pics, I will post them.

Live in South Central IL where the hunting is awsome but I still have a couple leases in Crittenden and Lyons counties. Love the country! Good deer hunting and the scenery is great.

I live in Laurel County and have killed more deer in Union Co. than any other county. I have been to Kleber, Taylorsville, Green River, LBL, Blue Grass Army Depot, and Dale Hollow. Higginson-Henry is my favorite hunting spot. I have only taken one deer in Laurel Co. although I have stuck a few more than that. I guess I get so excited to see a deer here I lose my composure. I HATE when that happens.

I find it doubtful that I'll be hunting Kentucky, but it's possible, I am going to be hunting Fort Campbell, probably from the Tennessee side most of the time, but we'll see.

I hunt Spencer, Meade, Hardin,and Grayson counties.
