Map Tech or 3-D Topo Quads

These systems are supposed to show the lay of the land in any state,or place in that state you wish to look at.Has anyone used these systems?How accurate are they?I would appreciate any information you could give me.Would you recommend one system over the other,or do they show differant images.Thankyou

I honestly don't know about these 2. I use Terraserver and topozone.com and they are pretty accurate.
