Im lookin at 3 different climbing stands, Has anyone had any experience with any of these stands??
Lightweight, and steady while in the tree are very important to me.

I can't comment on the Lone Wolf or Ameristep, but I have a Summit Viper and like it a lot.
It goes on the tree easy with its cable system, it's sturdy and comfortable, and not that heavy to hike in with.
I like the stirrups and bungee on the bottom piece much better than boot straps.

I've been real happy with it. I have 4 climbers, but I'm usually reaching for my Viper when I head to the woods.

X2 for the Vipor. I learned to climb with it 3 years ago. Easy to carry in and setup. I have heard alot of good things with th Lone Wolf but have no experience with them. Good luck with whatever you decide.

I have the Viper SS and I love it. It's easy to carry in, and very steady in the tree. Two of the three deer I took last year, I got from my Viper.

I have the viper. The only negative is it's hard to stay awake! Way too comfortable!

I have used Summits for many years and love them. Though I have never used the others you have norrowed it down to, so I can't compare them.

Get you an Ol Man if you can find one. Quiet as you attach to tree, sling seat is a real butt saver and light to carry.
