Late summer of 2001 and 2002.I cam from July 1st-November 1st each year and get the most buck pics when they are still traveling in bachelor groups.Late September thru October they separate and are harder to get on film as steady, leaf fall and first killing frosts also change the regular food sources.Mast and food of opportunity take over about this time and bucks get harder to pinpoint.

Woodseye: Nice deer pics What make of camera do you use. Real nice even rack on that 10 point, hope he fattened up and got some does before someone got him. Those deer are showing some hair loss, and are still slim from the winter.

well seabuck they are just starting to shed their summer coats as all pics were taken in the late summer early fall time period. The non-typical was hunted for hard and I was one of them but as far as I know he made it thru. His home is an unreal combo of flooded bog and dark growth that is close to unhuntable.Maybe next year!I use a woodswatcher game cam made in Wics. and it uses a Samsung camera 33S.
