Did you ever get that gut feeling that today's huntwould be special?
That today you would be successful.

No reason behind it, nothing you can describe, just an inner feeling that today will bea specialday?

Plus, if you did experience it, did your day end as well as you hoped it would?

Personally it has only happened a few times and only one time was I not correct. Kinda hard to explain, but I just knew it.

i feel everyday is "the" day when i hunt. i always go in with a positive attitude.

I was not suggesting that a postitive attitude was the factor.
Everyone should have a positive attitude every time thet enter the woods.

I was refeering to that feeling that this day would somehow be special.

If I see many tracks and movement, I might think "Today is the day!", but like CamoCop mentioned, always with a positive attitude!

Oh yaa couple times.... I meanI usuallyhave a positive attitude as was mentioned when i hit the woods, buti have felt like it was just gonna happen that time! Itdid happened a couple times, and other times it didn't. But what would be the challange if we scored ev'ry time?! There is alot of truth to the saying... "One does not hunt in order to kill... one kills in order to have hunted"

Sometimes the opposite happens for me. One of the best hunts I had was when I was sure things weren't going my way but I drug my butt out of bed anyway and went hunting.
