RE: SCENT LOK - SUED AGAIN
I just found this on T.R. Michels web site. It is about 40 pages long, but it looks likethe lawyers, including big time Patent Attorney's - Merchant & Gould -have all their ducks lined up, and they have presented the casevery well.
"Illinois Hunters are suing Scent Lok. You can read the entire complaint here: http://www.trmichels.com/Scent%20Lok%20Illinois%20Suite.htm. What is particularly interesting is Section G & Section H, which specify why and how ALS/Scent Lok defrauded its customers." |
RE: SCENT LOK - SUED AGAIN
I think that half of the stuff on the market is a gimmic. With all of the gizmos and gadgets on the market these days, (being they all work) everyone should kill a monster opening day!! I recently was looking through my cabelas catalog and found a hand held monster buck reader. It would tell you the best time that he would be moving through your area.....BS

RE: SCENT LOK - SUED AGAIN
You know after reading a portion of that 40 page case presentation..
I'm wondering how much longer till their competitors start doing the same thing and file a Law Suit against scent Loc. Millions of dollars, in money in profit and sales, from other clothing manufactureswere probably lostbecause of alleged false claims made from Scent Loc. |
RE: SCENT LOK - SUED AGAIN
I'm surprised that a suit like this hasn't been filed a long time ago. More suits in other states will surely follow, and I don't see how Scent Lok can win.I've never been a believer in the theory that Scent Lok eliminated all odors that deer and other game can smell.
