Next Years Booner?

Check out this matching set me and gri22ly found today turkey hunting. Will he be a booner next year? We rough scored him at roughly 150. Let me know what you think. Reguardless, got one to go after this upcoming bow season!

Man, that's a nice one. Those loooooong brow tines are a real bonus. You don't see brows like that very often. Now he just needs to add some length to his G-4's and he'll be right there.

do you guys really think deer put on 20 inches a year? lets say that buck is four and a half. that means in three years when he peaks you'll have a 210 inch typical. i doubt it. i've got sheds from the same buck in consecutive years that didn't add but maybe three or four inches. unless it's on a game farm, or your really feeding him well, there's no way he'll grow that much. that's not to say he's not a good buck. kill him next year and see if i'm wrong.

I put the tape to him today, he scored 156 with a very conservative spread. WOW, 210 inches heavy, thats funny stuffbut seriously around here 160 makes honorsand 170 makes all time.:D:DYOU JOKESTER(!)
