Bad Boy Buggie question???
I am getting ready to buy a Bad Boy Buggie and was curious about what is the difference between a 2007 and a 2008??? I am looking at a new one but was curious about what they have changed since last year. I keep hearing that they made some upgrades to the 2008 model.. Any info would help greatly..

RE: Bad Boy Buggie question???
The 08 model comes with Tiffany Lakowski in the passenger seat. I would recommend the 08!

RE: Bad Boy Buggie question???
i like them, but arent they outrageous? I guess maybe if you're comparing a UTV to a badboy buggy, but compared to a nice ATV.......
I just could never imagine spending $10,000 on an atv/utv. And now some have power steering! Cmon whats next AC? Id rather not have power steering and save some $$. |
RE: Bad Boy Buggie question???
I have a Polaris RZR and when it comes to going out hunting it is WAY to loud. The BBB is great when it comes to being quiet. I thought the samething when I seen the price but changed my mind when I took one hunting. I am just curious what the difference is from the 08 to the 07.

RE: Bad Boy Buggie question???
Two friends of mine that I havehunted with almost every weekend for the past 10 or so years each purchased a fine looked, decked out "Bad Boy", dual motor "4 wheel drive" UTV in early 2007. I have no clue what they paid for these but I am guessing a bunch. Neither of them has their unit. I can attest to first hand is that they do pull out of the muck pretty easily.Seriously, from what I saw with these two units, these are great for good roads, even steep grades. But are useless under long duration, heavy strains ... and have difficulty managing deep muck that my Polaris Ranger literally walks through. Just seem to not have enough power to the wheels and work like that really sucks down the battery life.

RE: Bad Boy Buggie question???
Mojotex...Thanks for the info. For the most part everything we have is flat trails with some hills. I already have a fourwheel golf cart the only problem with it is going down hills it wants to take off. The BBB some stops itself when going on hills when you let off of the gas. I think that is a new feature for 08, but I am not sure

Does anyone have pics of their bad boy buggie?????

RE: Bad Boy Buggie question???
I was going to buy a BBB.....however, I don't think they are very rugged. They are good for transport, however, if your hauling corn, a lot of stands, etc....their not good for the long run. A buddy of mine has been out to a couple of outfits in Ill., and they were good for a while, but they had to send them back....to unreliable. I bought the Polaris Crew....hold 6 hunters, hauls 1000 lbs in the bed, its really quite, and they make exhaust silencers which make them even more quite....I love mine.

Ill stick with my JD Gator

RE: Bad Boy Buggie question???
I hope you don't have to drive far. They claim they can go 20 miles, buy they don't. We have 2 and they both drain the battery real fast. I got stuck walking many of times. I went out and bought a Ranger XP with a quiet aftermarket exhaust. It works real good. They have a excellent concept, but there not very reliable.

RE: Bad Boy Buggie question???
We used one last month when I was in FL on my turkey hunt. They would be good if you had roads or trail all around your property. If you are like me you have to hoof it back to where you want to hunt. I will stick with my rocky boots, they are a heck of alot cheaper.

RE: Bad Boy Buggie question???
zophywhat kind of quiet aftermarket exhaust did you buy. I just ordered the stealth exhaust for my Razor. Approx how many miles to they go????

RE: Bad Boy Buggie question???
ARKANSASDUCKHUNTER.COM
They even have a video, so that you can hear the difference. I don't know how many miles the Bad Boy gets, but I can tell you that where on our second one, and were having the same trouble on both. |
RE: Bad Boy Buggie question???
When you check ou the website, take a look at the camo lingerie. Very nice eye candy. :D

RE: Bad Boy Buggie question???
That video really sells it....I just bought the stealth exhaust so I hope that it does the samething.
