Hope you like tele-marketers, Buckmasters will start calling you all the time with "special offers", I canceled my subscription because of it.
Same here...... They will call you....ask about your deer season....then try to sell you even longer subscriptions and other crap.

I cancelled my membership too.

I let mine expire too.Didn't like the sales hype. The mag as well as the TV show just getting too unreal for my liking. Same goes for some other hunting TV shows as well.

Come on, let the guy enjoy his magazine. You may want to try North American Whitetail. I subscribe to it . I like reading about actual hunts and this magazine is loaded with them.

You'll be happy with Buckmasters magazine, some great reads and they have aquailty new item section too. I've been a lifetime member for 12 years now and also score for BTR . The knives I recieved from them are 1st class Gerber knives and are right up their with Buck knives. If you really want a hunting magazine, subscribe to Big Buck Magazine out of Saskatchewan Canada. The stories will have you wanting to hunt their right away, and the pictures are the best of any Magazine out their. Enjoy Buckmasters and like everyone else said, you only need to accept what you want, being from Canada ,I've never been offered any of the stuff so I find itnot a problem by being bugged. Just my thought. I also find it a bit of class that they do phone and ask how your season was, even up here in Alberta

I think Buckmasters is a solid magazine, to which my family subscripes to. It has pretty decent photography and a lot of member success stories which are cool to read. When it comes to in-depth knowledge of the the Whitetail and its ways, I would say that those articles are a little vague. They have some how-to articles concerning how to hunt the rut, tree stand placement, etc. but again those just cover the basics. Overall, on a scale of 1-10 I would give Buckmasters a 6.5.

I recommend Deer and Deer Hunting.

I've had them call me and drive me crazy to subscribe to their magazine (I'm on the No-Call List) and could get them in trouble for calling me over 2 times but I let the phone ring and finally they quit calling and they sent me a form to fill out if I decide to get their magazine...I don't know if I will or not?A friend of mine subscribes to Buckmasters and it looks like a pretty good magazine but I don't know if I want to commit for a few years to them?

Like RockinChair states......I too like my Deer & Deer Hunting Magazine, they have me spoiled!

same here

I'm sorry, but I think the Buckmasters magazine is one of the worst hunting mags in publication.
