can you use unfilled firearms tags this upcoming doe season next weekend?

Yes! You just have to take an antlerless deer, and you can use shotgun, muzzleloader, handgun, or any combination of the 3:D. Good luck.

Must also make sure the county your hunting in is open for the late season hunt. Not all Illinois is open like the other seasons.
