Years ago my daughter gave me a hunting umbrella,it's only half of one.Best quick ground blind I've ever used.And if caught in rain storm it really works.Lets you move a little,mainly my legs.

Others have commented upon using cover and using the wind. Also try to place yourself in the shadows.
