Is it for deer?

You want heavy bullets for 1 in 10 twist.

80 - 100 gr. work? i was hoping to use 80 grain so i can shoot deer and coyotes. if i need to go with 100 grain for deer would the fur still be ok for a coyote.

1/10 is most common for the .243 win. Works upto 120 grs, it should work fine for 80-100gr bullets (as this is the common usage area for the cartridge). Below 80gr a faster twist ratewillstabilize andshould achievebetter accuracy/results.
