WCL, Thats really good, I havent shot over 10 ducks in about 6 years. but I haven't been going alot either. like you I duck hunt on the days you shouldn't be in the woods with a bow, you know those really windy, rainy days. "is that ethical?" anyway good luck to you in your off season. I am planning on doing alot of coyote hunting.

What do you mean "is that ethical".... Yeah we got some trappin, pheasant huntin, late season nanny wackin maybe even get my brother on a buck, and prolly chase some song dogs around too, to doyet this year. Gonna pack the boat up and clean er outthis weekend I think so she is ready to go come spring time to shoot some fish. Good luck on the yotes. WCL

I'm done with this topic but next time use some common sense when you post something on the internet. Remember that it can be seen by anyone including non hunters who also wouldn't think it was very funny. I'd rather not give PETA any ammo to use against us. Also if you are going to have a 1 on 1 conversation with someone in the middle of a thread... use pm's

Haha good point. Then againits on Youtube dude. I'm pretty sure there is more people on there than any of these forums. Whats peta gonna do with it anyway,have the man arrestedcuz he didnt jump in there and get his butt kicked by that deer right away or are they gonna propose a bill to have all swings removed due to the fact animals can get caught in them.... And are you kidding me, people have 1 on 1 talks all the time during topics exspecially when its his own thread to begin with, big deal, scroll to the next post.

Ever seen Americas funniest home videos or the other one thats with animals, I forget the name. O no don't laugh at that person or that animal someone may take offense to it. WCL

Whats wrong is is that some find its funny to watch an animal in extreme distress.
Too bad some don't get that - too bad for them.

bigtime...You would shoot that buck? That makes no sense to me at all.

This is a mature, adult, healthy buck who happens to have his head tangled in a rope and you would not attempt to help this animal out?

You would put it out of it's misery? That ain't even misery.

A deer alive after being hit by a vehicle, unable to get up or a deer bedded down after having been shot is the situation where putting the animal down is the highest priority. Now that's misery!

If you were there, I would hate to see a "before and after" video.
