Deer Butchering question?
Awhile back there was a link posted to a great video about how to turn your kill into some mighty fine cuts of meat. Like the proper steaks, roasts, butterflychops, tenderloins, etc. Does anyone have that link or another one that is similar. Or maybe even just a good typed in description, or picturesof an animal being butchered throughout the process. I am sick of paying out money forbutchering servicesthat I should know and learn how to do myself. Thanks for any help fellas.

The Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries (VGIF) has a DVD on field dressing and butchering that is top notch for, I think, about $12. Google their website. Even though I've been butchering my own deer for 30+ years I still gained something from this DVD.
