deer lease?

Anyone out there have any good advice on finding
a new deer lease in Texas. I have been looking
pretty hard for the past few weeks with not much
success. Any help would be appreciated

Where are you at? How far do you want to drive? How large of a lease are you wanting? Number of hunters on the lease? Season or year lease? Price range?
Sorry about the 20 questions but this is info needed before the question can be answered (maybe)
