how do you? it cant be bigger than 100kb? the ones I have saved are 2mb. how do i post a pic? please help

If your file is to large then you need to resize it though your MS Paint program , you'll find that program in your accessories.
Once you have your picture up , go to image , then streach and skew , then change the numbers from 100 to 25 % .
