I second that. I'm positive that if I'd done that when my wife started shooting, she wouldn't be a hunting partner now. Looks like the guy giving the "instructions" needs some himself.

So many issues with that video and the gun owner/instructor. I agree not funny whatsoever.

I'm guessing she didn't even notice her ears ringing.

Interesting that he stood directly behind her right before she shot, like he expected her to be kicked back. I wonder if she would have taken the jolt to the head as bad if he wouldn't have been standing there.

I think the guy wanted it to happen. If he hadden't walked up behind her she might have missed hitting herself with the scope. plus not correcting her on the shouldering of the gun. I've seen plenty of people sneek up on the scope and get hit. But that was brutal. Hope she's ok.
