could it be the same deer the spread is almost identical

In my opinion, the second shot makes it look like more of a possibility but its still difficult to tell.

Could be, or his brother, or his cousin. Who knows, there isn't anything that is distinctive to go by, really it is just a generic 8 point.

Burr nubs can tell you alot - take a close look at them.

Honestly the brows look too different to me - but in some areas - brows grow alot in one year depending on rain for the year, just not so much in my area.

Its just too hard to tell from the picture.
