Most of Wisconsin is open to rifles. The more populated counties are shotgun/handgun only.

and minnesota (nov 3 to nov 18) well,where i am(northern) its all different by area for firearms and season dates.

New York, Vermont, andConetticut you can lot of locals from MA go to New York to hunt with rifle because its only shotgun bow and muzzle loader in MA

I think it was Kewaunee county that changed back to allow rifles this year too. Hopefully its not long til this antequated notion is put to rest and rifles can be used everywhere.
