All you got to do is click ( POST REPLY ) and make sure you click on the little box that says ( EMBED IN POST ) then click on ( CLICK to UPLOAD ) , after that you'll see a window pop up that says BROWSE .
Click on that and look in your documents or what ever file you have your pictures saved then find the one you want to upload and double click on that then it should tell you if your upload was successful or it might tell you if that file is too large.
If ti tells you that your upload was successful then click on ( OK ) and your good to go but if it tells you that your file is too large then you'll have to resize it though your MS Paint program.
If you have any problems with resizing let me know and I'll help you with that , good luck .
