OUCH!!!
 

shotgun scope hit my nose. Bled for 2 hours, swollen up bad, might be broken, and now i have a headache. yay me.

sOunds identicle to when my grandpa had that happen! had a big 12 pointer and he stuck his face right up there and took a pop! his bled for 3 and a half hours before i took him to the hospital to have it stitched shut! good luck with that though!

Ouch! Ive never had a scope hit me but Ive had my thumb smack me in the nose.

Many years ago we were shooting targets one day and this guy that worked with us wanted to shoot my rifle. He put his eye right on the scope and we told him to back off three or so inches, but he told us that he had been in the military and had shot lots of rounds. He pulled the trigger and blood went everywhere, it looked like you took a sharp round cookie cutter and hit it on his eye with a hammer. Perfect circle. It could not of happened to a better guy.

How the heck did that happen? Where you hunting or sighting it in? New scope?But that does bite. If you were hunting, did you at least get the deer?

I was hunting... and the deer is hanging up in the garage now. This is the second time ive been hit by this thing. The last time wasnt so bad tho. I was sighting it in, and it hit me, but barely hit me...It even has a rubber ring around it... but that didnt help this time. Still hurts!!!
