This may seem dumb but I am very new to hunting today it was almost 60 degrees outside where I hunt would this slow the movement of the deer

yes for sure, colder the weather more they will move. What part of mass you from?

Ditto what Fossil said, Mass, The deer have on their winter coats now, and are heavily insulated. Just think of yourself wearing a heavy down coat running around--just too darn hot for it.
