I'm having a hard time getting 228 looking at the picture.
Do you have any of the measurements?
If I gave him 20" G-2's
15" G-3's and 5" G-1's That is 80 inches...
20 inches of abnormal points?
You still have to have 128 inches of frame...
That would be 44" of mass (on an 8 point frame)
30" main beams
and 24" inside spread....
All of those measurements seem rediculous looking at that picture.

Great job by your step-son then!!! I'm proud of him. I would "POOP" my pants if I saw something that big. Glad it was on low fence.....I don't agree personally with high-fenced deer.
