Big rack on small Mule buck?
 

Hello all![/align][/align]A friend of mine told me about a non-typical mule buck he shoot in Utah about 10 years ago that weighed only about 135 lbs but its antlers scored something close to 213 points B&C !![/align][/align]I do not have a clue on the subject, but I was under the impression that big racks are only found on BIG and heavy bucks, is this always correct or there may be exceptions?[/align][/align]Let me hear from the experts before I call shenanigan ;)[/align]

Was it at the end of the rut or shortly after it? They can get pretty run down from the rut. A guy at our place popped a big 6X7 whitetail and he was pretty skinny. When the guy tried to lift him into the truck by the antler, the antler came off. That buck must have been competely rutted out.

If it was a the end of the rut it is possible. Was the 123 dressed or on the huff?
