Hunting with scents?
 

hey guys, i have a bottle of Tink's 69 gel and i am both anxious and reluctant to use it. The bucks on my property are chasing seeking everything right, they are going nuts. I would like to use the scent to try lure in one of the 3 nice shooters we have seen thus far, but i am also scared that i will use in inappropriately and potentially spook all bucks away! does anyone have any tips or info. on how to use this scent: where to apply, how mich, etc.?? any help would be greatly appreciated!

My buddy 2 nights ago shot a nice8 point with his bow using tinks 69.

Get you a box of cheap walmart tampons from the store... open box and remove 1 tampon... add several drops of gel to tampon...tie to boot so it drags the ground... walk to stand... remove dragging tampon and freshen with a couple more drops of gel... hang from tree 30 or so yards (or more) from your stand... get in stand and kill monster buck...

this method does work, I have killed several bucks using this method!

thanks a ton! i'll be hunting from sun up to sun down down on thursday and saturday cause its supposed to be cold ALL day and our bucks are chasing all over place.. i wont even be gettin out of the tree.. so im definitely gonna try this and hopefully have some luck.. thanks again!
