Geez, can't you see that is Dasher, one of Santa's raindeer. It was probably just out flying around, minding his own business getting ready for Christmas evewhen this plane got off course and ran into him.

I think that I read in the Polar Daily Gazette that Cupid has an older boy that has beenwinning allthe raindeer games and is ready to step up and fly with the team this year, so Santa is good to go.

Just glad it wasn't Rudolph - he would be hard to replace.

Ouch. Either deer must go onto runways alot, (Every airport ive seen has a fence around it) planes crash often, or else deer have learned to fly.

firearm season starts in 2 weeks for me. Ive been going out and sitting though, just to see what I can see. And so far its a typical year for me. I see deer just about everyday. Now the place where Im hunting is tore up with rubs and scrapes. the biggest rubs are probably on 7-9 inch diameter trees, and the scrapes are about as big as a car hood. The licking branches above some of the scrapes have fresh limb breaks that are well above my head, and Im 5ft 8 inches. so I guess we will see.
